Clinic token workflows often become difficult to manage when doctors change shifts, rooms have different limits, patients arrive through online and walk-in channels, and staff need to reschedule or reassign appointments quickly. The product needed to keep tokens sequential, fair, visible, and easy for reception teams to control in real time.
We shaped a healthcare queue platform with room and doctor assignment, configurable morning/noon/evening sessions, separate online, walk-in, and advance booking logic, live queue displays, automated patient notifications, and admin actions for reassignment, termination, rescheduling, and missed appointment handling.
